New Applicants/First Time Users

Click the "Create New Account" button below and complete the requested information. Your account will be created and tied to your email address.

Note:

The first person setting up your organization's account will be assigned as a Primary User/Member. This should be the head of your organization, such as an Executive Director, President/CEO, Board Chair, County/Town Manager, etc. Ideally, this user account

will maintain your application history over time, even as staff and volunteers associated with your organization may change. Primary Users may add additional users and collaborators associated with their organization, if desired. If you have any questions or need guidance about creating your account, contact the Foundation at 828-859-5314 or grants@polkccf.org.
